This course is designed to give you the tools you need to fully understand your target customer so that you can make adjustments that improve your sales, build better client relationships, and help your business thrive. This webshop has a 35 minute run time.

  • How to turn your data into actions to improve your business

  • Develop your customer persona and gather data from Google Analytics
  • Evaluate consistency of the hypothesized info vs. actual data from Google Analytics
  • Determine if there’s alignment between your customer persona and your web traffic data
